I need help with power

Watz up guys,
i need sum help with some mods with my TE 1997 magna to get more power and i dont want to spend to much money like about 2k at the most, could ne give me sum tips on wat to get. im thinkin of gettin a power chip and i dont no wat type of exhust to get. NEED HELP QUICK

well, the best you can do is probly give it some breathing mods: exhaust system, k & n filter etc.

there isn't much you can do to greatly increase it's power

extractors, full straight thru mandrel bent exhaust, straight thru muffler, CAI (can be as cheap as $20 or as expensive as $300+) and once you have all that a greedy e-manage or haltech or unichip or similar to get the most out of those mods.

That'd be around the $2k mark, maybe stretching to $2.5k but you will notice a difference. Is it manual? Cos if its auto you are doing all those mods just to try catch up to a stocko manual

if you use the search function there should be plenty of info about Powerchips. General concensus is that there are better alternatives, because a powerchip wont make full use of other mods.

well i dont no coz my mate mum has a stock TF 3.5 magna and thats manual so we draged it wif mine and i didnt loose by much like just ova a metre but we only guned it up to 100 then we backed off and

nah thats ok but i need sum power quick i just need sum advice on wat to buy to make my magna decent but i need to get my car fixed coz its ***** it sumtimes doesnt go at all wen i go flat foot but i dont no wats wrong with it i think it might be sumthin to do with my exhust like the cat or an ECU problem can neone help
